Polydiamonds

Polydiamonds are formed from 60° rhombi. They form a subset of the polyiamonds of twice the order. If the pieces are confined to the rhombic grid, they form the polyrhombs, if confined to the rhombille grid, they form the polycubits.

  For higher orders of polydiamonds, the number of pieces is as follows:

  Tetradiamonds - 40

  Pentadiamonds - 238

  Hexadiamonds - 1518
